Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the action mechanism by detecting the ginsenoside content changes in panax genseng, red ginseng, white ginseng with different proportions of trogopterus dung. METHODS The separation was performed on Agilent Athena C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile(A) and H3PO4(B, pH6.8) water solution in gradient elution at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, the column temperature was 25℃, the detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. RESULTS The linear ranges were 0.036 2-1.16 μg(r=0.998 5) for Rg1, 0.037 1-1.19 μg(r=0.999 0) for Re, 0.030 3-0.97 μg(r=0.991 4) for Rf, 0.035 0-1.12 μg(r=0.993 9) for Rb1, 0.030 6-0.98 μg(r=0.997 3) for Rc, 0.030 3-0.97 μg (r=0.999 1) for Rb2, 0.031 2-1.00 μg(r=0.999 1) for Rd. The sample recovery rate RSD <3%, the stability, repeatability and precision of the method were good(RSD <3%). CONCLUSION The contents of seven ginsenoside decreased significantly when panax ginseng, red ginseng, white ginseng combined with trogopterus dung, and when the ratio was 1:4, Rb1 and Rb2 decreased the maximum, highest fall achieve 90%. The content of Rg1 reduced the minimum, but also fell more than 70%.
