Abstract
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of relieving physical fatigue oral solution, and provide basis for the preparation and quality control of health food to relieving physical fatigue oral solution. METHODS The contents of astragaloside A, the total saponin and the crude polysaccharide were used as the index. Based on the single factor experiment, the effects of solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction times on the extraction of physical fatigue oral solution were investigated by response surface methodology and in order to optimize extraction process. RESULTS Through the response surface design test, the contents of the three active ingredients were comprehensively investigated, and the best extraction process was obtained by adding 12 times of water and extracting 2 times for 1.5 h each time. Under the conditions of this process, the contents of astragaloside A, the total saponin and the crude polysaccharide were 0.110 4, 5.112 3, 16.052 9 mg·mL-1, respectively, which were consistent with the predicted values. CONCLUSION The extraction process designed by response surface is reasonable and feasible, and the results of determinated content are reliable. It provides experimental basis for the preparation and quality control of relieving physical fatigue oral solution.
