Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish an accurate and reliable method for determining the anisidine value in baicalein lipid emulsions. METHODS Used lead acetate as a complexing precipitator, the complex precipitation method was used to exclude the effect of the baicalein on the determination of anisidine value, and the improved method was verified and analyzed. RESULTS The content of precipitator was 200 μL(0.4 g·mL-1), and the method was specific. The result of interference test was 99.39%(RSD=1.73%, n=3). The repeatability RSD was <2.0%(n=5). CONCLUSION The method is specific, accurate and reliable, and can effectively eliminate the influence of drug on the determination of the anisidine value in lipid emulsions, which provides a new idea and approach for the control of the anisidine value in lipid emulsions.
