Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the practice of clinical drug treatment and pharmaceutical care by the drug-induced liver injury induced by sunitinib, and to improve the ability of pharmaceutical care of clinical pharmacists. METHODS One case of drug-induced liver injury induced by sunitinib was analyzed and discussed. The clinical pharmacist classified and judged the severity of liver injury, and assisted the physician in formulating the treatment plan. RESULTS The physician adopted the comments and suggestions of the clinical pharmacist, and the drug-induced liver injury of the patient was gradually improved. CONCLUSION Through the implementation of individualized drug therapy by collaborating with clinicians, the clinical pharmacist can ensure the safety and effectiveness of the medication and also improve the level of pharmaceutical care.
