Effect of Juglans Mandshurica on the Contents of Five Toxicity Markers in Rat Urine

    • OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Juglans mandshurica fresh products on five toxic metabolites, including laevodopa acid(L-Dopa), L-tyrosine(L-Tyr), L-phenylalanine(L-Phe), indoleacetic(Int) and homogentisic acid(HGA), in rat urine. METHODS Wistar rats were given a fresh product of Juglans mandshurica with a period of one month. The MRM method was used to establish the optimal method for simultaneous detection of five metabolites, and the Masslynx software external standard method was used to accurately quantify each metabolite. RESULTS The linear ranges of L-Dopa, L-Tyr, L-Phe, Int, and HGA were 30-32 000, 25-30 000, 7.5-8 000, 50-10 000, 100-10 000 ng·mL-1, respectively, the linearity was good. Compared with the blank group, the content of the five metabolites in the Juglans mandshurica fresh product groups increased. CONCLUSION Juglans mandshurica fresh products can affect the normal metabolism of five metabolites in rats.
