    Research Progress of DNA Molecular Marker Technology in Germplasm Identification of Glycyrrhiza Plants

    • In recent years, abundant achievements have been made in the study on the molecular diversity of Glycyrrhiza by DNA molecular marker technology. But the summary of this aspect is rare. With the application status in genetic diversity, identification of variant gerlogenetic construction of Glycyrrhiza for a clue, this paper summarizes the application of the commonly used DNA molecular markers:randomly amplified polymorphic DNA, amplified fragment length polymorphism, simple sequence repeat, inter simple sequence repeat, start codon target polymorphism, DNA barcoding and their derivative technologies in Glycyrrhiza, in order to provide a reference for the further study in Glycyrrhiza plants.
