Abstract
OBJECTIVE To discuss the curative effect of phenobarbital combined with intestinal probiotics in the treatment of neonatal jaundice(NJ). METHODS Two hundred children with NJ were selected from January 2015 to January 2018 in Yangxin People's Hospital, they were divided in to test group and control group by the random number table method, 100 cases in each group. The control group was given symptomatic treatment and phenobarbital treatment, the test group was given intestinal probiotics treatment on the basis of control group. The difference of the intestinal mucosal functionendotoxin(ET), diamine oxidase(DAO), D-lactic acid(D-LA), bilirubin, yellowing time, therapeutic effect, adverse reaction rate in the two groups were compared. RESULTS Compared with before treatment, the ET, DAO, D-LA were decreased in the test group and the control group after treatment, and the ET, DAO, D-LA in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the bilirubin level were decreased in the test group and the control group after treatment, and the bilirubin level and yellowing time in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05). The therapeutic efficiency rate in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate were basically the same in the test group and control group, the difference was not statistically significant. CONCLUSION Phenobarbital combined with intestinal probiotics can effectively improve the intestinal mucosal function and bilirubin level in children with NJ, it is helpful to improve the curative effect, and it has good safety, it is worth for further clinical promotion.
