Mechanisms and Preventive Measures of Hand-foot Syndrome Induced by Antineoplastic Drugs

    • A variety of antineoplastic agents can lead to hand-foot syndrome(HFS), which usually characterized by abnormal skin sensation, erythema, inflamed, pain, blisters, desquamation, desquamation, ulcers and so on. Mild symptoms can lead to drug reduction, while severe symptoms can directly lead to discontinuation of drugs, so that can reduce the compliance of patients and affecting the efficacy of drugs. By retrieving relevant literature, the mechanism and management of HFS are sorted and summarized in this paper, so as to provide reference for clinical drug use.
