Abstract
OBJECTIVE To detect 5 heavy metal elements including As, Hg, Pb, Cd and Cu in Ganoderma by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). METHODS The content of As, Hg, Pb, Cd and Cu in Ganoderma from Lishui were determined by ICP-MS using 115In, 72Ge and 209Bi as internal standard by microwave digestion. RESULTS The linearity of the 5 elements were good, and the correlation were ≥ 0.999 1. There were 5 batches of Cd exceeding the limit in the 22 batches of samples, one batch of As and Pb exceeding the limit, and 2 batches of Cu exceeding the limit. Cu, Cd and Hg accumulated more in the cap, while As and Pb accumulated more in the stalk. CONCLUSION The method is sensitive, efficient and accurate, and the content of heavy metals in different medicinal parts of Ganoderma are determined respectively. It has practical significance to select Ganoderma cultivation base in Longquan, and control the heavy metal content during antificial planting, etc. It can be used for the safety evaluation of Ganoderma.
