Analysis of Influencing Factors on Voriconazole Plasma Concentrations
The plasma concentrations of voriconazole can be interacted by many factors, such as genetic polymorphism of CYP2C19, drug-drug interactions, pathological and physiological status and so on, there are obvious differences among individuals. This paper reviewes the influencing factors that effect plasma concentrations of voriconazole, which can be referenced for clinical medication.
