Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the performance of pharmacists in outpatient pharmacy by analytic hierarchy process and criteria importance through intercriteria correlation(AHP-CRITIC). METHODS Data analysis and expert consultation were applied to establish the performance evaluation system. The weight of each index was determined by AHP-CRITIC. And conducted a comprehensive score of performance. RESULTS A two-level performance evaluation system was established, including 8 first-level and 22 second-level indexes. Determined the weight of each index by AHP-CRITIC, conducted a comprehensive score of performance and sorted. The result was consistent with the actual situation. CONCLUSION The performance evaluation system established is scientific, comprehensive; and the weight of each index determined by AHP-CRITIC is objective and real.
