Establishment of Medication Therapy Management Model for Acute Coronary Syndrome Patients after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

OBJECTIVE To establish a model of medication therapy management(MTM) for acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). METHODS Reference to the foreign MTM guide, combined with the status of the hospital, explored the implementation of MTM for ACS patients after PCI. RESULTS Established a mechanism of MTM for ACS patients after PCI, set up a MTM pharmacist team and developed follow-up rules, regulations and standard processes. CONCLUSION Management of MTM for ACS patients after PCI is conducive to achieve maximum medicine efficacy and reflect the connotation of medical services.
