Research Progress of Pharmacist-participated Warfarin Anticoagulation Manage

Pharmacist's management in warfarin anticoagulation, can be studied from many aspects. At present, foreign pharmacists demonstrate better effectiveness versus physician in anticoagulation management compared with physician. In order to establish a pragmatic and comprehensive model in pharmacy anticoagulation service mode, this paper reviews progress of pharmacist-participated warfarin anticoagulation in recent years.
