Abstract
OBJECTIVE To confirm the optimal drying method of Gentiana scabra Bge. based on HPLC characteristic fingerprint and contents determination of three main components in the samples. METHODS The condition was as followes:Welchrom C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm); mobile phase:methanol-water with gradient elution; flow rate:1 mL·min-1; injection volume:10 μL; detection wavelength:240 nm; column temperature:25℃. RESULTS The HPLC characteristic fingerprint of Gentiana scabra Bge. was established, while the contents of 3 main components in samples of fresh and different drying methods were determined. CONCLUSION The shade drying is the optimal drying method of Gentiana scabra Bge.
