    Study on the Teaching Mode of New Clinical Pharmacist

    • OBJECTIVE To discuss existing problems and improvement measures in new clinical pharmacists teaching prescriptions for pharmacists mode, further improve the work ability of the new clinical pharmacists. METHODS This paper put forward improvement suggestions and measures to analyze some problems found in the pre-prescription review and the teaching work of the new clinical pharmacist. RESULTS New clinical pharmacists' expertise and independent working ability had improved further, at the same time teaching prescriptions for pharmacists, gradually unified prescriptions as standard, put forward the need to perfect the function of prescriptions system parts, combination of pre audit system and the artificial audit mode of prescriptions, improve the efficiency and quality of prescriptions, ensure safety for patients' drug use. CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists need to cultivate clinical pharmacy thinking in the long-term practice, gradually increase the ability of clinical pharmacy work, need to further improve teaching prescriptions for pharmacists model, at the same time improve the informationization in the process of the preaudit system combined with artificial audit mode, ensure the patient's medication safety in all aspects.
