Study on Extraction Process of Zhendian Kaiqiao Granules

OBJECTIVE To optimum the extraction procedure of Zhendian Kaiqiao granules.METHODS Gentiopicrin, paeoniflorin and baicalin were determined by HPLC, the extraction ratio of the content of gentiopicrin, paeoniflorin and baicalin were used as index. The optimum condition of the extraction were study by the orthogonal L₉(3⁴).RESULTS The influencing effects of factors were as follows:D > B > A > C (A:alcohol concentration; B:bextraction time; C:the amount of vehicle; D:extraction times). The optimize extraction condition were as follows:8 times of 80% alcohol, soaking 30 min, reflux 60 min, extract 3 times.CONCLUSION The optimum extraction procedure is stable and practical.
