Analysis of One Case of Clinical Pharmacist Participating in the Consultation for Anti-epileptic in Pregnancy

OBJECTIVE To provide references for clinical pharmacists who attend consultation on anti-epileptic against duration of pregnancy. METHODS Clinical pharmacist participating in the consultation for a case of antiepileptic in pregnancy, Medication history of this patient and the risk of antiepileptic drugs used in pregnancy were analyzed, antiepileptic of carbamazepine adjusted to lamotrigine, and according to the result of blood routine examination adjust drug. RESULTS Clinical pharmacist attended consultation, helped clinician to solve the puzzles of drug used in pregnancy, reduce the risk of drug. CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacist reflects the professional value by attending consultation.
