Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality of Aconitum carmichaelii based on FASS-HPCE technology. METHODS FASS-HPCE technology was used for setting up the fingerprint of Aconitum carmichaelii. And ten samples were analyzed. RESULTS Electrophoretic buffer solution were as follows, 100 mmol·L-1 borate saline buffer (pH 9.0):menthol=7:3; injection voltage and separation voltage were 20 kV (20 s) and 10 kV, respectively; detection wavelength was 230 nm; and the column temperature was 25℃. The fingerprint yield 8 common peaks, and 3 of them were identified as benzoylhypaconine, benzoylaconine, benzoylmesaconine. They were the main pharmacophore in Aconitum carmichaelii. CONCLUSION FASS-HPCE can be used as a rapid, effective fingerprint chromatography management for the the quality control of Aconitum carmichaelii.
