Development and Application of Electronize Drug Consultation Records About Dispensary for Outpatients

OBJECTIVE To overcome drawbacks in traditional records management of drug consultation, improving the efficiency of service window, to electronize drug consultation record and explore new management methods. METHODS Based on Excel 2003, designing by basic function, it was a program which dispose of incompatibility problem and lowering the require of hardware counting ability. RESULTS Electronize record had neat interface. It was easy to manipulate. For now it had gradually replace the traditional record mode and practiced in nearby hospital. Considerably improving the availability of drug consultation records, achieving speedy data statistics and retrieval. CONCLUSION Electronize management record doesn't require much in both software and hardware. It is more easy to popularize and work in practice. This program also provides an helpful example for small and medium sized hospital and community hospital.
