New Pharmacological Research Progress of Myricetin

Arbutus is perennial evergreen trees, which is the good economic and ecological species in the south of China. It is also the speciality of south of the Yangtze river basin. Myricetin has many kinds of biological activity, such as anti-cancer, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, preventing platelet aggregation and so on. In this paper, the newest research progress of pharmacological effects myricetin of such as anti-tumor activity, antibacterial and so on is summarized.
