Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish the HPLC method for content determination of paeoniflorin, Asperosaponin and Ⅵ paeonol in Dieda pills. METHODS The contents of paeoniflorin, Asperosaponin and paeonol was determined by an HPLC Ⅵ system using following conditions:the column was Agilent ZORBAX C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-0.1% phosphoric acid(B) in gradient elution mode at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1, the detection wavelength was at 230, 212 and 274 nm. RESULTS The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.514 8-1.544 5 μg(r=0.999 7) and its average recovery rates(n=6)were 97.01% (RSD=0.94%). The linear range of Asperosaponin was 3.023 Ⅵ 8-9.071 4 μg(r=0.999 2) and its average recovery rates(n=6)were 98.44%(RSD=0.26%). The linear range of paeonol was 0.101 2-0.303 6 μg(r=0.999 8) and its average recovery rates(n=6)were 97.84%(RSD=0.42%). CONCLUSION The HPLC method is simple, accurate, highly selective and reproducible, thus it can be used as quality control of Dieda pills.
