Study on Quality Standard of Wuqi Shujin Tongluo Tablets

OBJECTIVE To establish a quality control method of Wuqi Shujin Tongluo tablets. METHODS TLC was used to identify Dipsaci Radix, Astragali Radix, Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix, and Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix. The content of asarinin from Asari Radix et Rhizoma in Wuqi Shujin Tongluo tablets was determined by HPLC. RESULTS TLC identifications of Dipsaci Radix, Astragali Radix, Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix, and Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix were specific, and no interference was observed in negative control samples. The calibration curve of asarinin demonstrated a good linear relationship in the range of 46.05-460.5 ng(r=1.000), and the average recovery rate was 100.4%(RSD=1.86%, n=9). CONCLUSION The method is simple, specific, reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Wuqi Shujin Tongluo tablets.
