Analysis of Relation Between Soil, Climate, Genetic Factors and Active Ingredient Content of Fritillariae pallidiflorae Bulbus in Xinjiang

    • OBJECTIVE To screen out the leading affecting factors of the correlation between soil, cimate factors, genetic diversity and contents of ingredient of fritillariae pallidiflorae Bulbus. METHODS The application of correlation analysis and gray correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis were made to complicate a comprehensive analysis. RESULTS The annual mean relative humidity played the most important roles in the content of total alkaloid in Fritillariae Pallidiflorae Bulbus. Number of polymorphic loci, percentage of polymorphic band and available nitrogen played the most important roles in the content of water-solubility ingredient in Fritillariae Pallidiflorae Bulbus. CONCLUSION Comprehensive analysis, relative humidity, number of polymorphic loci, percentage of polymorphic band and available nitrogen play the most important roles in the quality of Fritillariae pallidiflorae bulbus. It has best significance for the synthesis and metabolism of ingredient in Fritillariae pallidiflorae Bulbus.
