Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the content determination of ganoderic acid C1 in Ganoderma lucidum spore oil. METHODS The determination was performed on an Agilent Zorbax-SB C8 column(150 mm×4.6 mm, 3.5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid(25:75) as a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 256 nm and the column temperature was 22℃. RESULTS The ganoderic acid C1 showed a good linearity in the range of 1.002-25.04 µg·mL-1 (r=0.999 9) and the average recovery was 97.47%. The contents of ganoderic acid C1 in Ganoderma lucidum spore oil from different origins had a certain difference. The contents of ganoderic acid C1 in samples were low and some samples didn't contain ganoderma lucidum acid C1. CONCLUSION The established method is simple, accurate and repeatable, which can provide reference for the quality control of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil.
