    Study on Anticoagulant Activity of Hericium Erinaceus-Pheretima Biotransformation in Vivo and in Vitro

    • OBJECTIVE To study the anticoagulant activity of Hericium Erinaceus-Pheretima(HD) biotransformation in vitro and in vivo. METHODS With the warfarin sodium tablets as western medicine contrast group, the Zhuyu Tongmai capsule as traditional Chinese medicine contrast group, the Pheretima and Hericium erinaceus as raw material contrast group, normal saline as a negative contrast group, and divide 36 healthy rabbits into 6 groups with gavaging decoction or suspension, then take the blood from marginal ear vein after 30-40 min and centrifuge it, and test the prothrombin time, and activated partial thromboplastin time, value of the centrifugal serum. Finally, do the statistical analysis. RESULTS In vivo anticoagulation activity:warfarin sodium tablets > HD biotransformation > Pheretima≈Zhuiyu Tongmai capsule > normal saline≈Hericium erinaceus. In vitro anticoagulation activity:HD biotransformation > Pheretima > Hericium erinaceus≈warfarin sodium tablets≈normal saline≈Zhuiyu Tongmai capsule. CONCLUSION HD biotransformation have a significant anticoagulant activity, and have a good development prospect.
