| 目的 对市售健儿清解液的质量进行分析评价。方法 依据现行法定标准对11个生产单位的50批健儿清解液进行检验，并建立2种HPLC法对样品中苦杏仁苷、连翘酯苷A和连翘苷进行检测（该3种成分在样品中不应存在）。结果 50批健儿清解液中有6批鉴别（1）化学反应不符合标准规定，6批检出含有苦杏仁苷，12批检出含有连翘酯苷A和连翘苷。结论 市售健儿清解液的质量参差不齐，主要与制剂工艺控制不严有关，建议相关部门加强监管并修订完善标准。 |

| OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality of Jian’er Qingjie oral liquid in market. METHODS According to the mandatory standard to inspect the 50 batches of Jian’er Qingjie oral liquid from 11 different manufacturers, and establish HPLC for determination of amygdalin, forsythoside A and forsythin, which should not existed in the product. RESULTS There were 6 batches of products fails to comply with the mandatory standard, amygdalin was detected in 6 batches, forsythoside A and forsythin were detected in 12 batches. CONCLUSION The quality of Jian’er Qingjie oral liquid in market is not optimistic, which may resulted from the preparation process did not control severely. It is advised relevant department to enhance the supervision and management, meanwhile to revise and improve the quality standard. |
