| 报道临床输液治疗中发现的一例药物配伍禁忌。经重复试验确认，注射用盐酸溴己新与注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠存在配伍禁忌。可能与盐酸溴己新的化学性质及甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠的制剂辅料有关。临床序贯输液治疗除关注配伍之外，还应注意冲管或更换输液器，杜绝医疗事故。 |

| Abstract: |
| Reported one case of drug incompatibility in the treatment of clinical transfusion. Incompatibility of bromhexine hydrochloird with methyprednisolone sodium succinate for injection was confirmed after repeated test. It may be releated to the chemical properties of bromhexine hydrochloird and pharmaceutical excipients of methyprednisolone sodium succinate. Clinical sequential infusion therapy in addition to attention to compatibility, should also pay attention to flush or replace the the infusion, to prevent medical accidents. |
