刺梨叶醇提物体外抗氧化活性和α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性研究

摘要:
目的 测定刺梨叶醇提物的抗氧化活性和α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。方法 采用DPPH和ABTS氧化自由基清除试验对刺梨叶乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性进行研究,并对刺梨叶乙醇提取物的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性进行了测定。结果 刺梨叶乙醇提取物具有较强的DPPH和ABTS氧化自由基清除能力及α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。结论 刺梨叶具有较好的抗氧化活性和α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study in vitro antioxidant activity and α-glucosidase inhibitions of ethanol extract from leaves of Rosae roxburghii Tratt. METHODS Antioxidant and free radical scavenging activities of ethanol extract of Rosae roxburghii leaves were determined by DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging assay. α-Glucosidase inhibitions was determined by α-glucosidase inhibitory assayed in vitro. RESULTS The ethanol extract of Rosae roxburghii leaves showed significant DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities. The extract also exhibited a significant α-glucosidase inhibitory effect in vitro. CONCLUSION Rosae roxburghii leaves show significant antioxidant and α-glucosidase inhibitory activities.
