扁桃酸对映体分析方法的研究进展

摘要:
苯乙烯广泛存在于环境中,人体少量吸入,没有毒性反应,而长期暴露于高浓度苯乙烯环境,可能引起呼吸系统等相关疾病。扁桃酸是苯乙烯的主要代谢物,是检测苯乙烯暴露水平的生物标志物。另外,扁桃酸也是重要的手性药物中间体,其光学纯度直接影响下游产品的质量,因此有必要发展快速、准确、灵敏、简便、分离性能好的药物对映体测定方法来提供中间体的质控数据。本文综述了扁桃酸对映体几种分析方法的研究进展,为建立准确、简便地检测扁桃酸对映体的分析方法提供参考。

Abstract:
Styrene widely exists in the environment. There is no toxicity when a small amount is inhaled by humans. Long-term exposure to the heaviest styrene may lead to the diseases of respiratory system. Therefore, detection of mandelic acid can provide an important basis for monitoring environmental styrene content. In addition, mandelic acid is also a vital intermediate of chiral drugs and its optical purity directly affects the quality of downstream products. Therefore, it is necessary to develop rapid, accurate, sensitive, simple, good separation methods to detect drug enantiomers. By these methods, it can obtain the quality control data. In this review, several detection methods provide valuable references for accurate and simple detection of mandelic acid enantiomers.
