近红外光谱法测定姜黄素-葡甲胺共晶的含量

摘要:
目的 利用近红外光谱法测定姜黄素-葡甲胺共晶的含量。方法 纯化共晶后,建立紫外分光光度法含量测定的标准曲线,初步估算共晶含量;再进行近红外光谱扫描,用偏最小二乘法建立含量测定模型,并对建立的模型进行验证。结果 建立的姜黄素-葡甲胺共晶校正模型的相关系数(R)、校正均方差(RMSEC)分别为0.999 86,0.466。结论 建立了一种简便、快速、无损的共晶含量测定方法。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To determine the concentration of curcumin-meglumin cocrystal by near infrared spectrum. METHODS After purification, standard curve of ultraviolet spectrophotometry was built to evaluate its concentration preliminarily. NIR spectrum was gotten, partial least square method was used to build the determination model, and validate the model. RESULTS The correlation coefficients(R), the root-mean-square error of calibration(RMSEC) of the calibration model for gardenia extract of counter-current gardenoside were 0.999 86 and 0.466. CONCLUSION The established method is simple, rapid and non-destructive for the determination of the concentration of cocrystal.
