蒙药蓝盆花HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘要:
目的 建立蒙药蓝盆花的HPLC指纹图谱,为该药材质量的科学评价和有效控制提供可靠方法。方法 采用Hypersil-ODS柱( 4.6 mm×300 mm, 5 μm);流动相为0.1%磷酸水(A)-乙腈(B),梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长254 nm;柱温:30 ℃,进样量10 μL。结果 建立了不同产地蓝盆花的HPLC指纹图谱,标定了10个共有峰,计算了相似度,方法学考察的各项参数符合有关规定。结论 该分析方法准确可靠,重复性好,为更好地控制蒙药蓝盆花内在质量提供科学依据。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC fingerprints of Mongolian medicine of the flos of Scabiosa comosa Fisch. METHODS Hypersil-ODS column(4.6 mm×300 mm, 5 μm) was adopted, gradient elution was applied with mobile phase A (0.1% phosphoric acid solution) and mobile phase B(acetonitrile). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, the detective wavelength was 254 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃ and injection volume was 10 μL. RESULTS HPLC fingerprints of different source of the flos of Scabiosa comosa Fisch were established. Ten peaks were observed on the HPLC fingerprints and the semblance was calculated. The results of methodological study met the technical requirements for fingerprint. CONCLUSION This method is accurate, reproducible and provides a scientific basis for quality evaluation of the flos of Scabiosa comosa Fisch.
