钆喷酸葡胺注射液致尿失禁1例

摘要:

通过报道静脉注射钆喷酸葡胺(Gd-DTPA)致尿失禁1例,为临床使用提供参考信息,提示临床使用该药时应密切观察患者用药后情况。

Abstract:

A case of transient urinary incontinence in a female patient following the intravenous administration of Gd-DTPA (gadopentetate dimeglumine) was presented. We believed that this was the first report of an adverse drug reaction of this nature.
