基于智能推理机的医院合理用药审核评价系统的设计与应用研究

摘要:
目的 设计和应用研究基于智能推理机的医院合理用药审核评价系统,以促进合理用药。方法 以药品说明书和《临床用药须知》作为知识获取的来源,采用知识库和智能推理机技术,构建医院合理用药审核评价系统。结果 该系统可在医生工作站和审方药师工作平台在线运行,并可实现回顾性评价临床不合理用药状况,用于医院合理用药管理。以该系统随机抽取骨科1d 143张门诊处方进行在线检测,共出现16条警示错误,通过人工分析确定评价系统正确无误。结论 该系统切实可行,在智能化、系统升级、个性化、知识库更新、运行效率等方面优于基于数据库技术的合理用药监测软件,很好地满足合理用药监管要求。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To design and apply hospital rational drug use monitoring system based on intelligence inference engine to promote clinically rational drug use. METHODS Adopting the package insert and clinical medication guidelines as source of knowledge and using knowledge base and intelligence inference technology, hospital rational drug use monitoring system was built. RESULTS The system could run online on both the doctor’s and the pharmacist’s workstation. The irrational drug use status could be evaluated retrospectively for further management. 143 orthopedic outpatient prescriptions in one day sampled randomly were detected online using the system and 16 warnings appeared, which were identified right by manual confirmation. CONCLUSION The system was practical and better than those hospital rational drug use monitoring systems based on the database technology in intelligence, update, individuation, running efficiency, etc. It could also meet the requirements of rational drug use supervision.
