摘要:

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定阿苯达唑有关物质。方法采用资生堂MGⅡ C₁₈柱(250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)色谱柱；流动相：磷酸二氢铵溶液(1.67 mg·mL^-1)-甲醇(40∶60)；检测波长：290 nm。结果样品中的杂质均能很好检出，各杂质与主峰之间的分离度良好，检测限为0.228 6 ng。结论该方法简单快速，专属性强，结果准确，可用作阿苯达唑有关物质检查。

Abstract:

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of related substances in albendazole. METHODS PAK C₁₈ HPLC packed column(MGⅡ, 250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm)was used, the mobile phase was ammonium dihydrogen phosphate-methanol(40∶60) and the determination wavelength was 290 nm. RESULTS Albendazole and related substances could be well isolated. The detection limit was 0.228 6 ng. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for examinating the related substances of albendazole.
