基于主观赋值结合熵权TOPSIS法综合评价不同产地黄花菜质量

摘要:
目的 通过熵权TOPSIS模型评价不同产地黄花菜的药材质量,为中药的质量控制提供新的评价方法。方法 采用熵权TOPSIS模型对51个不同产地黄花菜药材的质量进行综合分析,建立10个指标(水分、灰分、浸出物、槲皮素、山奈酚、异鼠李素、β-谷甾醇、多糖、总黄酮含量和DPPH清除率)的黄花菜药材质量的综合评价指标体系。结果 湖南省邵东县廉桥镇高度村排名第1,湖南省衡阳市祁东县耒阳村第2,湖南祁东排名第3,TOPSIS模型排名结果与抗氧化活性检测排序基本相符,说明建立的模型是成功的。结论 熵权TOPSIS模型各评价指标主次分明,对于黄花菜药材是一种实用、快捷、有效的多目标决策分析的综合评价方法。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality of Hemerocallis citrina Baroni from different regions by entropy TOPSIS model, in order to provide a new evaluation method for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine. METHODS The entropy TOPSIS model was used to analyze the quality of 51 Hemerocallis citrina Baroni from different habitats, and a comprehensive evaluation index system of 10 indexes(water content, ash content, extract, quercetin, kaempferol, isorhamnetin, β-sitosterin, polysaccharide, total flavonoid content and DPPH clearance rate) was established. RESULTS Gaodu village, Lianqiao town, Shaodong county, Hunan province ranked the first, Leiyang village, Hengyang county, Hunan province ranked the second, Qidong commodity from Hunan province ranked the third, TOPSIS model ranking results and antioxidant activity detection sequencing was basically consistent, indicating that the model was successful. CONCLUSION The entropy TOPSIS model is a practical, rapid and effective comprehensive evaluation method for the multi-objective decision analysis of Hemerocallis citrina Baroni.
