胰岛素自调式给药凝胶系统的研究进展

摘要:
糖尿病是全球重点关注的医疗健康问题。目前皮下注射胰岛素的治疗方法存在给药不便、给患者带来痛苦和容易引发低血糖风险等问题,因此以无痛方式给药和精准释放药物控制血糖是下一代糖尿病治疗的关键。在胰岛素自调式系统中,聚合物水凝胶控释系统可精准控制胰岛素释放,实时监测与控制血糖水平,对提高糖尿病的治疗效果具有重要意义。本文综述了3类葡萄糖感应型智能化胰岛素释放凝胶系统的最新国内外研究进展。详细阐述了蛋白类葡萄糖感应系统、非蛋白类葡萄糖感应系统以及二者相结合葡萄糖感应系统的给药机制和优缺点,对胰岛素自调式给药凝胶系统的研究进行了总结与展望。

Abstract:
Diabetes is a global medical and health problem. At present, subcutaneous injection of insulin has some problems, such as inconvenient administration, causing pain to patients and easily causing hypoglycemia risk. Therefore, painless administration and precise release of drugs to control blood glucose are the key to the next generation of diabetes treatment. In the insulin self-adjusting system, the polymer hydrogel controlled release system can accurately control the release of insulin, monitor and control the blood glucose level in real time, which is of great significance to improve the treatment effect of diabetes. In this paper, the latest research progress of three kinds of glucose sensing insulin release gel systems at home and abroad is reviewed. The drug delivery mechanism, advantages and disadvantages of protein glucose sensing system, non protein glucose sensing system and their combination are described in detail. The research on insulin self-adjusting gel delivery system is summarized and prospected.
