党参标准汤剂指纹图谱及质量标准研究

摘要:
目的 制备党参标准汤剂,并进行质量标准研究。方法 收集不同产地共28批党参药材,采用水煎煮2次制备党参标准汤剂,考察标准汤剂出膏率、党参炔苷和党参多糖含量,并建立HPLC指纹图谱。结果 28批党参标准汤剂出膏率为23.94%~47.63%;党参炔苷含量为0.059 4~0.329 8 mg·g–1;党参多糖含量为0.059 4~0.173 4 g·g–1;对28批党参指纹图谱进行对比分析,确定了13个共有峰,并指认了一个党参炔苷峰。结论 本实验中党参标准汤剂制备方法规范,样品质量稳定,建立的分析方法仪器精密度、稳定性、重复性好,可为党参药材及其相关制剂的质量标准建立提供参考。

Study on Fingerprint Chromatograms and Quality Standard for Codonopsis Radix Standard Decoction

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To prepare the standard decoction of Codonopsis Radix and conduct quality standard research. METHODS Twenty-eight batches of Codonopsis Radix were collected and the standard decoctions were prepared by using water to extract for 2 times. The investigations were on the extraction rate, content of lobetyolin and polysaccharides. The HPLC fingerprint was determined. RESULTS The extraction rate of 28 batches of Codonopsis Radix standard decoction was 23.94%-47.63%. The content of lobetyolin was 0.059 4-0.329 8 mg·g–1. The content of polysaccharides was 0.059 4-0.173 4 g·g–1. The fingerprint of 28 batches of Codonpsis Radix were compared and analyzed with thirteen common peaks in which lobetyolin was identified by the reference. CONCLUSION In this study, the standard decoctions of Codonopsis Radix are prepared with standardized method and the quality is stable. The analysis methods are good for the instrument precision, stability and repeatability, which can provide reference for the establishment of the quality standard of Codonopsis Radix formula.
