LC-Q-TOF-MS/MS分析鉴定枇杷清肺饮物质基准的化学成分

摘要:
目的 采用LC-Q-TOF-MS/MS分析鉴定枇杷清肺饮物质基准的化学成分。方法 自制枇杷清肺饮物质基准冻干粉,并用10%乙醇提取,使用Inertsustain C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,乙腈(A)-0.3%甲酸水溶液(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速0.4 mL·min-1,柱温为30 ℃,采用电喷雾离子源。结果 通过整合文献资料整理、对照品比对以及数据库查询与自行推断,最终从枇杷清肺饮物质基准中初步鉴定出63个化合物,包括16种生物碱、8种黄酮类化合物、2种倍半萜苷、2种酚酸类与其他8类物质。结论 该方法可用于鉴定枇杷清肺饮的化学成分,能明确化合物的结构与组成,为后续质量控制提供参考。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE to identification the chemical compounds in Pipa Qingfei decoction by LC-Q-TOF-MS/MS. METHODS standard freeze-dried powder of Pipa Qingfei decoction was prepared and extracted by 10% ethanol solution. Inertsustain C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) chromatographic column was applied with acetonitrile(A)-0.3% formic acid aqueous solution(B) as mobile phase for gradient elution, flow rate was 0.4 mL·min-1, and column temperature was 30 ℃, with electron spray ionization(ESI). RESULTS Through the integration of literature, comparison of reference materials, and database query and inference, 63 compounds, including 16 alkaloids, 8 flavonoids, 2 sesquiterpenoid glycosides, 2 phenolic acids, and 8 other substances, were preliminarily identified from the material baseline of Pipa Qingfei Drink. CONCLUSION This method can be used to identify the chemical components of Pipa Qingfei decoction, clarify the structure and composition of the compound, and provide a reference for subsequent quality control.
