还原应激在心血管疾病中的研究进展

摘要:
还原应激可以调控氧化还原的能力,进而调控表观遗传修饰,近年来受到了越来越多的关注。作为一种非特异性反应,还原应激代表了氧化还原稳态的失衡,对生物系统有害。还原应激主要表现为还原当量的增加,大量研究表明,还原应激与心血管疾病的发生发展联系密切,在心血管疾病的治疗方面具有良好的应用前景。但还原应激在这些心血管疾病的具体作用尚不完全明确,包括监测还原应激在心血管疾病发生发展过程中的新颖生物标志物和通过抗还原应激治疗实现精准医学的新方法。本文简要介绍了还原应激,以及还原应激在不同心血管病发生发展中的最新进展,以期为还原应激在心血管相关疾病中的临床应用提供参考。

Research Advances of Reductive Stress in Cardiovascular Diseases

Abstract:
Reductive stress can regulate the ability of redox to regulate epigenetic modification, it has received more and more attention in recent years. Reductive stress represents an imbalance of redox homeostasis as a non-specific response, which is harmful to biological systems. Reductive stress is mainly manifested as an increase in reduction equivalent. In recent years, it has been found that reduction stress is closely related to the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases, and has a promising application prospect in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. However, the specific role of reductive stress in these cardiovascular diseases is not completely clear, including novel biomarkers and new way to achieve precision medicine. This review briefly introduced reductive stress and the latest research developments in the occurrence and development of different cardiovascular diseases, expecting to provide references on the clinical practice of reductive stress for cardiovascular related diseases.
