中国血药浓度监测研究的文献计量分析

摘要:
目的 采用文献计量学方法分析国内血药浓度监测研究的发展状况。方法 检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库和Web of Science核心合集数据库自建库起至2019年5月发表的有关血药浓度监测的文献,筛选出符合标准的研究,采用BICOMB 2.0软件对纳入文献的发表时间和期刊、第一作者及单位、关键词等信息进行提取和整理,并对关键词生成共现矩阵和词篇矩阵。使用Ucinet 6.0软件中的NetDraw 2.118和gCLUTO软件对关键词绘制网络关系图和进行聚类分析。结果 检索出血药浓度监测研究的中文文献共3 642篇,最终纳入1 267篇,相关研究最早出现于1983年,发表期刊、第一作者和单位众多但分布很不均衡。英文文献纳入106篇,相关研究最早发表于1999年。中文文献中共有1 187个关键词,根据高频关键词把研究分为4个主题。研究的热点主要集中在免疫抑制剂、抗肿瘤药、精神药物、抗菌药物、心血管药物等几类药物的监测上。结论 国内血药浓度监测的相关研究正处于递增阶段,参与的研究者和机构较多但存在分布不均的情况,多产作者和研究机构相对较少。这需要我国药学工作者加强各地区的交流与合作,提升该领域研究的水平、扩展研究范围,实现全面精准的监测。

Bibliometric Analysis of Blood Concentration Monitoring Research in China

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To analyze the development of the domestic blood drug concentration monitoring research by means of bibliometrics. METHODS Iterature on monitoring blood drug concentrations was searched by CNKI, Wanfang database, Weipu Chinese scientific journal database and Web of Science citation database from the establishment database to May 2019, screening out the research that conform to the standard, the publishing time, periodical, author, unit and keyword of the included literature were extracted and sorted out by BICOMB 2.0 software, and the co-occurrence matrix and lexical matrix for keywords were generated. NetDraw 2.118 and gCLUTO software in Ucinet 6.0 software were used to draw network diagram and cluster analysis of keywords. RESULTS A total of 3 642 Chinese articles related to blood concentration monitoring were searched, and 1 267 articles were finally included. The relevant research first appeared in 1983. The number of published journals, authors and units were numerous but very uneven. The 106 articles in English were included, and relevant studies were first published in 1999. There were 1 187 keywords in the research literature. According to the high frequency keywords, the research was divided into four topics. The research hotspots were mainly on immunosuppressants, antitumor drugs, psychotropic drugs, antibiotics, cardiovascular drugs and so on. CONCLUSION Domestic studies on blood concentration monitoring are at an increasing stage, with more researchers and institutions involved but with uneven distribution and fewer prolific authors and research institutes. This requires Chinese pharmaceutical workers to strengthen exchanges and cooperation in various regions, improve the level of research in this field, expand the scope of research, and achieve comprehensive and accurate monitoring.
