江南星蕨的化学成分研究

摘要:
目的研究江南星蕨Microsorium fortunei(Moore) Ching的化学成分。方法用系统溶剂提取,常规的硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据化合物的物理、化学性质和波谱特征鉴定其结构。结果从乙酸乙酯及正丁醇部位分离得到了7个化合物,分离鉴定的7个化合物分别为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ),谷甾醇β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ),松脂素(Ⅲ),槲皮素(Ⅳ),槲皮素3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(Ⅴ),瓦利苷(Ⅵ)和蕨素A(Ⅶ)。结论所有化合物均系首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Microsorium fortunei (Moore) Ching. METHODS The constituents were separated and purified by column chromatography with silica gel. Their structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis and chemical evidence.RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extracts and the n-butanol extracts of Microsorium fortunei(Moore) Ching by column chromatography. They were β-sitosterol (Ⅰ), sitosterol β-O- glucopyranoside (Ⅱ), pinoresinol (Ⅲ) , quercetin (Ⅳ) and quercetin 3-O-β-D-galactoside(Ⅴ),wallichoside(Ⅵ)and pterosin A(Ⅶ), respectively. CONCLUSION These compounds were found from the Microsorium fortunei(Moore) Ching for the first time.
