Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To set up a HPLC method of baicalin in decoction prepared by various compatibility and to study the change of baicalin in different decoctions.METHODS Eight decoctions of Radix Scutellariae were prepared and analyzed by L8(27) orthogonal design.
