| 建立了毛细管电泳测定复合维生素B片中维生素B1、维生素B2、烟酰胺含量的方法。方法:缓冲液为0 .0 2mmol/L硼酸盐溶液,毛细管电泳柱为5 0 μm×5 0cm ,检测波长为2 0 0nm。结果:回收率为98.7%～10 1.0 % ,相对标准偏差为1.8%～3.2 %。结论:本方法简便、快速、可靠 |
