Effect of ticlopidine (TP) on plateiet aggregation was observed, the results indicatedthat TP significantly inhibited ADP,arachidonic acid and thrombi ninduced rat or humanplatclet uggregation in vitro, and thc values of IC50 were 1.035 mmol/L, 1.047 mmol
