草木犀中香豆素的超临界CO2萃取工艺研究

摘要:
目的 研究草木犀中香豆素的超临界CO2萃取工艺。方法 采用单因素和正交试验的方法,考察萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间和物料粒度等因素对黄香草木犀中香豆素超临界CO2萃取物得率的影响。结果 超临界CO2萃取草木犀中香豆素的影响因素次序为萃取压力>萃取温度>萃取时间。结论 最佳萃取工艺条件为:萃取压力25 MPa,物料粒度40~60目,萃取温度35 ℃,萃取时间1.0 h。此条件下草木犀中香豆素萃取率为0.76%。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the supercritical CO2 extraction technique of coumarin from Melilotus officinalis (L.) Lam. METHODS The effects of extraction pressure, temperature, time and material granularity on coumarin yield were discussed by single factor and orthogonal experiment. RESULTS The influence of the factors was in order of extraction pressure > extraction temperature > extraction time. CONCLUSION The optimum extraction conditions are as follows: the extraction pressure is 25 MPa, the medicinal materials granularity is 40-60 mesh, extraction temperature is 35 ℃, extraction time is 1.0 h. In these conditions, the extraction rate of coumarin is 0.76%.
