独活与混淆品牛尾独活、短毛独活的鉴别

Comparative Identification of Angelicae Pubescentis Radix and Its Adulterants-Roots of Heracleum Hemsleyanum Diels and Roots of Heracleum Moellendorffii Hance

摘要: 目的鉴别独活与混淆品牛尾独活、短毛独活。方法采用性状、显微、薄层色谱法及液相色谱法鉴别。结果独活与混淆品牛尾独活、短毛独活的性状、显微特征、薄层色谱、液相色谱均有差异。结论本实验提供的鉴别方法，能准确地把独活与牛尾独活、短毛独活予以区别。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To identify Angelicae Pubescentis Radix and its adulterants-roots of Heracleum hemsleyanum Diels and roots of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance. METHODS Description, microscope, TLC and HPLC were used. RESULTS There were some differences between Angelicae Pubescentis Radix and its adulterants-roots of Heracleum hemsleyanum Diels and roots of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance in histological, morphological characters and physicochemical Properties. CONCLUSION This experiment provides the method for identification which can accurately distinguish Angelicae pubescentis Radix and its adulterants-roots of Heracleum hemsleyanum Diels and roots of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance.
