对乙酰氨基酚片含量测定结果的思考

Discuss in the Analysis for the Content Determination of Paracetamol Tablets

摘要: 目的分析对比各国药典对乙酰氨基酚片的含量测定方法，以核查某批对乙酰氨基酚片含量测定的结果。方法用紫外E值法、紫外对照品法和HPLC对照品法3种药典方法分别核查了某批对乙酰氨基酚片含量测定的结果。结果该批次对乙酰氨基酚片的含量为90.5%，3种含量测定方法的检测结果相当。结论经过3种相对独立的药典含量测定方法相互验证，该批对乙酰氨基酚片含量测定结果准确、可靠。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To check the result of the content determination of one certain batch of paracetamol tablets.METHODS Three methods in Pharmacopoeia,including reference substance comparison method,absorption coefficient method by UV,and content determination method by HPLC,were adopted to assay the content of the paracetamol tablets.RESULTS The content of the paracetamol tablets is 90.5% in reinspection,and the results of the three methods were equivalent.CONCLUSION The reinspection result has been proved by three individual methods each other,and the conclusion is accurate and reliable.
