腹膜透析用健肾解毒冻干粉剂中黄芪甲苷的含量测定

Assay of Astragaloside Ⅳ in the Jianshenjiedu Lyophilized Powder for Peritoneal Dialysis

摘要: 目的建立腹膜透析用健肾解毒冻干粉剂中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法，LiChroCART HPLC-Kartusche RP-18e（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm）色谱柱，流动相：乙腈-水（32∶68），流速：1.0 mL·min-1，检测器漂移管温度 100.6 ℃，氮气流速3.00 mL·min-1。结果方法中黄芪甲苷平均回收率为98.9%，RSD=1.19%（n=6）。结论建立了一种操作简便、准确性良好的高效液相色谱法控制腹膜用健肾解毒冻干粉剂中有效成分含量。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To develop a RP-HPLC method for the assay of astragaloside Ⅳ in the Jianshenjiedu lyophilized powder for peritoneal dialysis(PDJSLP).METHODS The analytical chromatographic column was a LiChroCART HPLC-Kartusche RP-18e(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(32∶68).The flow rater was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection shift temperature was 100.6 ℃.The N2 rater was 3.00 mL·min-1.RESULTS The average recovery of the method was 98.9%,RSD=1.19%(n=6).CONCLUSION The proposed method can be used in the quantitative analysis of astragaloside Ⅳ in the PDJSLP.And the method is convenient,economical and accurate with good reproducibility.
