Research Advances of AIDs Medicines Determination by LC-MS

摘要: 对临床常用的抗艾滋病病毒药物（拉米夫定、齐多夫定、奈韦拉平、依非韦仑、司他夫定和克力芝）的理化性质，LC-MS测定生物样本药物浓度方法，药动学参数进行总结归类，以指导临床药物浓度监测和科研发展。

Abstract: The physical and chemical characters,pharmacokinetics of anti-HIV virus medicines(lamivudine,stavudine,zidovudine,efivirenz,nevirapine and lopinavir/ritonavir)and methods used in determining these five medicines by LC-MS have been reviewed.This work can offer some help to treatment drug monitoring(TDM)and anti-HIV medicine research.
