CGC测定五灵止痛胶囊中冰片的含量

Determination of Borneolum Syntheticum in Wulingzhitong Capsules by CGC

摘要: 目的建立测定五灵止痛胶囊中冰片的含量。方法采用毛细管气相色谱法测定，色谱柱为INNOWAX毛细管色谱柱，FID检测器；程序升温，初始80 ℃，每分钟5 ℃升至150 ℃。结果冰片浓度在0.100～10.015 mg·mL-1内线性关系良好（r=1.000），平均回收率为98.8%（RSD＝1.0％）。结论 CGC法操作简便、快速、准确，可有效控制五灵止痛胶囊的质量。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of borneolum syntheticum in Wulingzhitong capsules. METHODS The analysis was carried out on an INNOWAX capillary column and FID detector.The initial column temperature was 80 ℃ and then raised (5 ℃·min-1) to 150 ℃. RESULTS The linear range was 0.100-10.015 mg·mL-1（r＝1.000）for borneolum syntheticum.The average recovery was 98.8 %（RSD=1.0%）. CONCLUSION This CGC method is simple, quick, accurate and available for quality control of Wulingzhitong capsules.
